Sales of Higer New Energy Buses Stood at 1,050 Units in Jan. to Sept.

In the first three quarters of this year, Higer sold 1,050 units of new energy buses, with the number of such type of buses operating in the market reaching 3,000 units.

In the first three quarters of this year, Higer sold 1,050 units of new energy buses, with the number of such type of buses operating in the market reaching 3,000 units. Currently, its customers are mainly from the coastal areas in Southeast China, the Pearl River Delta and the Yangtze River Delta, Shandong, and Tianjin. Additionally, some of its buyers are from Jiangxi, Hunan, Anhui, Shaanxi, Chongqing, Guizhou and Northeast China. That is to say, the bus maker has well established its presence with its new energy buses all across China except Tibet, Xinjiang and Gansu. What’s more, Higer is now striving to set up an all-around service system with three layers.

The first layer includes the professional service team for new energy buses. According to a person-in-charge, the company started training a highly professional service team at the end of last year. The team is comprised of highly skilled technicians who can help new energy bus operators solve the majority of problems. As the expert service team of Higer, the team provides services for customers around the clock.


The second layer is made up by the service managers who are sent by Higer and stationed at various places across China. As these managers are held responsible for keeping a close track on Higer bus products, they are able to 60%-80% of the normal problems encounters by new energy bus operators. Moreover, these managers are in close contact with customers and are able to provide interactive training program for related personnel.


The third layer is called network service system. Currently, Higer boasts one or two professional service stations in each and every market area. Before establishment, all these service stations have gone through several rounds of assessments and have passed a number of theoretical and operational tests. From hardware facilities to the overall ability of those staff members, these stations are competent to serve new energy bus fleet.


With the establishment of multi-layered service system plus its nationwide service networks for its new energy buses, Higer is taking the lead in the field of new energy bus services.
