In early March, 2015, 20 units of new energy buses will be delivered to Zhongshan, Guangdong Province. This is the first batch of purchase from Zhongshan municipal government of 360 units of new energy buses in 2015, also the first bach of the purchase from Zhongshan New Energy Bus Co. Ltd. since establishment. This batch of new energy buses are King Long XMQ6106AGHEV10, a new generation of plug-in parallel gas-electric hybrid bus.
XMQ6106AGHEV10 takes green as the outlook. The LNG hybrid new energy bus saves energy by 40% compared with traditional LNG buses and substantially reduces emissions.In addition, it is equipped with AMT gearbox and plug-in parallel system and lithium battery and the monocoque body to ensure stability and reliability. It is believed that, once the King Long buses starts operation, Zhongshan city public transport will enter into a new era.
