Sunlong Bus Debuts at International Auto Show in Seoul

On Apr., 2, 2015 Seoul International Auto Show officially kicked off at Kintex. With 32 auto makers participating in the events and over 350 brand new vehicle models put on display, this year’s event is the biggest in history. China’s bus maker, Sunlong brought its latest two independently developed medium buses to attend the high-profile event. It is reported that Sunlong is China’s first vehicle manufacturing enterprise to make its presence at the well-known auto exhibition.

It is reported that Sunlong is China’s first vehicle manufacturing enterprise to make its presence at the well-known auto exhibition.

Since its entry into South Korean market in 2012, Sunlong has been focusing on exploring the medium bus market. Last year, Sunlong exported 400 units whole vehicles to South Korea, a noticeable presence in comparatively closed market in the nation. The successful story of Sunlong is the nation with well developed auto industry can be mainly attributed to its unique way of marketing and servicing. Li Ming, Deputy General Manager of Sunlong, disclosed that “the bus maker has been taking a diversified competitive road. As the well renowned indigenous auto makers, KIA and Hyundai mainly focus on large vehicles, we put our emphasis on the medium buses and have managed to find a niche market.”

Currently, Sunlong export whole buses to South Korea and it plans to increase its export volume to 1,000 units this year. Through exploring the local market, Sunlong has already gained precious experience to compete in such a competitive market and has well prepared itself for further strengthening its presence in the future. In 2015, Sunlong will continue to build and improve its sales and after-sales networks. Furthermore, it will take full measures to deepen its cooperative ties with local sales agents. In doing so, it aims to bring more quality and reliable bus products to the nation and more customer satisfaction as well. By gradually diversifying its line of business in South Korea, it is laying a solid foundation for its future expansion in the nation.
