Yutong (Hong Kong) Signed Sales Contract With Venezuela

  Yutong announced on April 2, 2015, its wholly owned subsidiary Hong Kong Yutong International Company Limited (hereinafter "Yutong ("Hong Kong) signed sales contract of 2300 bus KD with Venezuela FONTUR Company. The amount is 361 million dollars (VAT excluded), payment currency is dollar, funds provided by China Venezuela Fund. 800 buses are expected to be delivered in 2015, 1500 buses are expected to be delivered in 2016.

The fulfillment of the contract will have positive effect on financial index within the delivery.
