The Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry & Commerce of the People"s Republic of China (SAIC) has accredited HIGER as “China’s Well-Known Trademark” on the 12th class of the international classification of vehicles, chassis and vehicle bodies. Thanks to this recognition, the legitimate rights and interests of HIGER registered trademark will be effectively protected and its brand influence will be further promoted.
This recognition is an encouragement and support for HIGER"s dedication in intellectual property innovation, brand building and technology research and development. Despite being a relatively young bus manufacturer, HIGER has ranked second in large and medium bus sales. In 2014, HIGER generated annual sales of 10.053 billion RMB, achieving the breakthrough of ten billion, which set a milestone for the domestic bus industry.
The official accreditation also promotes the expansion of HIGER brand value. According to the List of China’s 500 Most Valuable Brands of 2015 released by World Brand Lab, based on the analysis on finance, consumer behavior and brand influence, HIGER has made its way into the list for eight consecutive years, ranking the 129th place this year, up from last year"s 134th place, with a brand value reaching 20.286 billion RMB.
