It is reported that the vice premier of Slovenia visited Jiangxi Kama Business Bus Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as Bonluck) dated 6th of Nov, 2015 before his governmental delegation attended the ceremony of Economic and Trade Promotion Between EU-The Republic of Slovenia and Jiangxi in which Bonluck has signed the cooperation Memorandum of Understanding with the city of Maribor, the Republic of Slovenia aims the establishment of CKD plant oversea, which also opens the new era to Bonluck made clean-energy buses entering into European marketplace.
Bonluck occupies the market share over ninety percent of clean-energy buses in Nanchang City, there are over three thousand of Bonluck made buses drive on road including two thousand of them in Australia.
“The form of cooperation has been forged as CKD for the clean-energy buses to Europe, CKD that means Completely Knocked Down, it benefits bilaterally for the enhanced employment of Maribor as well as to incur the saved ocean freight and the simplified formalities of transshipment.” cited by the chairman of Bonluck Mr. Wei Li who also told public “The enterprises in Nanchang consider Slovenia as bridgehead in entering Europe for the clean-energy buses due to the mutually identifiable policies between EU countries”
The government of Maribor will be responsible for coordinating the proven homologation and permits for the establishment of CKD plant for Bonluck when the plant is to open in Europe, while Bonluck is to provide prototype bus and required documents for the homologation upon what have been stipulated with the cooperation agreement. Furthermore Bonluck Nanchang is supposed to supply 6-meter pure electric business van, 11.3-meter CNG & Electric hybrid bus, and 18-meter CNG & electric hybrid articulated bus from the established CKD plant in Maribor. “The cooperation signifies the transition of export from product to technology.” Spoken by Mr.Zhihui Ma, Director of Institute of Economics of Jiangxi Academy of Social Science.
