On November 24, 2015, The Fourth Summit of China and Central and Eastern European Countries was held in Suzhou. Denis Zvizdic, the Prime Minister of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Aleksandar Vucic, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Serbia attended the event. Mr. Philip, Higer"s distributor in Bosnia and Herzegovina stated sales of Higer buses in Central and Eastern European market. Since 2007, Higer buses have made their way into Serbia, Romania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Slovenia and Bulgaria. To date, Higer buses have been operated for 1.3 million km in Bosnia and Herzegovina with market presence of nearly one hundred units.

Denis Zvizdic got on Higer buses to experience and stated that the government of Bosnia and Herzegovina is discussing to optimize tariff policy to welcome more Higer buses to the market to improve local transport quality and help energy-saving and emission-reduction.
