On March 2, Hengtong held its 2016 Suppliers Conference themed with "Intelligence, Excellence, and Win-Win" at Wyndham Chongqing Yuelai Hotel. About 300 suppliers from across China attended the conference.
In 2015, Hengtong Bus made timely adjustments to its development strategies and made several breakthroughs in its new energy bus research. Thanks to this, the bus maker has successfully upgraded its product line and then it has seen an explosive growth in its bus sales. Having overcome a number of difficulties for the battery layout of electric buses, the company offers Hengxing, Hengrui and Hengyue series monocoque new energy buses which are available in 36 different models.Now, its hard work is paying off. The market is showing an increasingly keen interest in its bus products.
As this year has already kicked started China's thirteenth Five-Year Plan, the demand for buses in the public transport sector is strong. Adhering to its new energy development strategy, Hengtong will continue to expand its business in this promising sector.With Hengxing, Hengrui and Hengyue series fist products already at hand, the bus maker is working relentlessly to roll out competitive new energy bus products. By launching a technological innovation project for new energy & electric buses with a total investment of 600 million RMB, Hengtong aims to further upgrade its production lines for producing monocoque new energy light buses. After the completion of the project in 2017, the company will further boost its production capacity and it will be able to producing 6,000 units more 6-8 meter new energy light buses. It is believed that such a boost in its production capacity will lay a solid foundation for its continued sound and robust growth in the competitive bus industry.
