76 Higer New Energy Service Stations Revealed to the Public

In late April, Suzhou Higer held a conference in Jiujiang, Jiangxi Province, discussing its new energy service stations. On the conference, emphasis was put on introducing the national policies towards new energy vehicle industry, learning the latest new energy bus technologies, and exchanging views on new energy bus service mode. Moreover, Higer’s first batch of 76 new energy bus service stations were revealed to the public.

By initiating new energy bus service stations, the bus maker aims to push forward the transformation of bus repair industry, optimizing service resources, and making full preparations for the promotion of environmentally-friendly buses. To improve the overall services, Higer also rolled out Authorization Requirements for New Energy Bus Service Stations, clearly stating corporate credentials, professional qualifications, facilities, safety management system, and special tools necessary for building its service stations. In the past one year, after going through application, initial screening, training, on-sight investigation, and approval, 76 bus services stations stood out among over 330 candidates nationwide.
To strengthen its supports to new energy buses and provide better services to its customers, Higer has taken a series of measures. First, it has extended the quality guarantee period; second, Higer New Energy Bus Service Stations and the bus maker will jointly pay some material and service bills when Higer new energy buses are being insured for the first time; third, Higer New Energy Bus Service Stations will provide PDI check-up for free; fourth, credit will be given to service stations for buying spare parts. So far, a combined loan worth over 15 million RMB has been extended to its service stations; fifth, the repair and maintenance time of new energy system has been further increased by 20%.
Since 2015, Higer has organized eleven training sessions for new energy bus repair & maintenance in a number of places across China. Over 600 professionals have participated in the training and over 100 repair engineers have received certificates from Higer. To further improve all staff members overall theoretical knowledge at various service stations, Higer has made free study materials and on-line courses available. In addition, the bus maker has injected over one million RMB in many service stations, buying recharging facilities and repair tools for its service stations.
