Recently, Anyuan Bus inked a strategic partnership with the US-based Enerblu School Bus Company. The two parties will jointly develop school buses, aiming to explore the huge Sino-US market.
On June 29 and 30, Ben Rainwater, president of Enerblu, Dan Elliott, CEO of Enerblu, and Jack, Deputy General Manager of Enerblu, paid a visit to Anyuan. The visitors took a closer look at the production lines for welding, coating, assembly, chassis and product inspection. They also inspected Anyuan’s new generation recreational vehicles,“Bear” series bus, electric bus and H-level vaccine cool chain logistic vehicles.The guests also visited Anyuan’s school bus production base.
Later, the two parties held in-depth discussion on their strategic cooperation. Fang Jun, president of Anyuan made a detailed introduction about the company’s history, new product development, school bus production and future planning. Established in 1940, Anyuan was called Ganxi Coal Bureau Vehicle Transportation Team. In 1979, the company rolled out its first bus. In 1986, it is renamed as Pingxiang Bus Factory attached to China’s Ministry of Coal Industry. In 2010, the company introduced the state-of-art school bus production technologies and standards from abroad. Now it is able to produce 5-12 meters school buses for kindergarten kids, primary school students and middle school students. Since the debut of its school buses in 2011, Anyuan has made its way to over twenty provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities across China. Now, its accumulated sales volume of school buses has exceeded 3,000 units.
Currently, Anyuan boasts a wide spectrum of products, which are available in eight categories and over 60 models, including 5-12 meters city buses, 5-13.7 meters travel coaches, and school buses, recreational vehicles and logistic vehicles.
After the visit, the top leaders from Enerblu all expressed their confidence for the two parties cooperation. Enerblu, located in South Carolina, was set up in 1972. The company is highly competitive in developing school buses, which feature high safety standards, high reliability, strong power and high maneuverability. Equipped with advanced facilities for manufacturing lithium titanium oxide (LTO) batteries, integrated systems, BMS and chassis for electric vehicles used for special purposes, Enerblu is specialized in producing school buses with 16-24 seats. Currently, the company boasts a well-established distribution channel which covers over 300 cities across the US.
