Luxury Zhontong Buses for Shipping to Chile
According to a person-in-charge in Zhongtong South American Region, the bus maker has already received two orders from Chile this year. The first order of 20 units Zhongtong buses was already delivered to Chile customers earlier this year. In Paraguay, Zhongtong boasts an envious 33% market share, edging its way to the No.1 bus brand in the country.
Sunny City Buses for Peru are in Production
Despite the slowing economic growth in South America, Zhongtong has been maintaining a fast growing momentum in a number of countries in the region, including Chile, Peru, Ecuador and Paraguay. Chiefly targeted at the high-end market in the region since the very beginning, Zhongtong Navigator, as a classic travel coach, has won great popularity among South American customers. In 2014, it successfully passed EU ECE R13 braking and R107 large-sized bus structure certification test as well as the most stringent EU ESP test.
Zhongtong Navigator Luxury Bus
In Chile, the entry of Zhongtong Navigator has changed the monopolistic status long held by bus brands from Europe and US. Now, Zhongtong Navigator has become synonymous with luxury and high quality.
In April this year, a big earthquake shook Ecuador, bringing heavy damages to the country. By cooperating with its local sales agent, Zhongtong sent over 100 buses to assist the rescue work. These buses successfully stood the test of the demanding road conditions, which gave a big boost to its brand image in the region.
