On November 7, Zhongtong announced its concrete plan to break the ten billion threshold in its sales. Full preparations have also been made to meet the rising daily production volumes in the last fifty days in 2016. Currently, the daily production volume at the Welding Department has increased to 16 units from previous 10 units.
Employees at various departments have been mobilized to make an all-out effort to achieve this goal. They now rotate to work on day shifts and night shifts to meet the deadline of bus delivery. Communications and collaboration between departments have also been strengthened to maximize the productivity of the whole company.
Thanks to a series of efforts, Zhongtong’s daily production volume of buses has jumped from just 40 units to about 60 units, fully ensuring its ability to meet market rising demand.
