Ankai Kicks off the Fifth Season “Beautiful China Tour” in Haikou

Recently, Ankai officially kicked off its fifth season “Beautiful China Tour” in Haikou. Wang Yanxiong, president of Haikou Public Transport Group, attended the launching ceremony and spoke highly of Ankai buses, saying his company has maintained close cooperative ties with Ankai. Also at the launching ceremony, 150 units Ankai electric buses were put into operation in Haikou, providing greener transport services for local residents.

According to Wang, his company introduced its first batch of Ankai new energy buses in 2012. Different from many land-locked cities in China, Haikou has heavy rainfalls the whole year around, which poses a big challenge for new energy vehicles. Despite this, Ankai buses have been working smoothly, winning the hearts of bus drivers and local residents.
 


 
Thansk to the impressive performances of Ankai new energy buses, Haikou Public Transport Group ordered 410 units Ankai buses in 2016, including 110 units clean energy buses, 150 units electric buses and 150 units diesel-fueled buses. Haikou has become one of the key markets for Ankai in south China.  
 


 
Haikou Public Transport Group, was officially set up in 2011. Currently, the bus operator boasts over 1,500 units buses and operates 90-plus bus routes in Haikou.
