From April 26 to 28, 2017 Global Energy Storage Conference was held in Shenzhen. As the leading enterprise in China’s new energy industry, Yinlong was invited to attend the conference. The company put on display its lithium titanate batteries, electric motors, electric controls (863 energy storage modules and household energy storage units).
Liu Gang, General Manager of Yinlong New Energy (Chengdu) Energy Storage Branch, delivered a speech on the company’s green transport development mode which well integrates energy supply, storage, vehicles, recharging, and management. It is believed that the mode has mapped out the new path for building clean, safe, low-carbon and highly efficient public transport systems in China and around the world.
In terms of energy supply, Yinlong has already set up strong cooperative ties with some wind and solar farms. On the back of its state-of-art energy storage systems, recharging facilities, and electric vehicles, Yinlong has realized efficient utilization of green energies, such as wind and solar power.
In storing power, Yinlong lithium titanate batteries achieve a long life expectancy, high safety standards and high energy efficiency. Moreover, they can withstand a wide range of temperatures and can be recharged and discharged in a fast manner. So far, the batteries have been widely used in National 863 Plan Energy Storage Power Plant Demonstration Project jointly built by Yinlong and South China Grid, a Two-Megawatt Lithium Titanate Energy Storage Power Plant, which has already won the approval of China’s Ministry of Science and Technology.
Yinlong recharging posts (stations) have realized direct current fast recharging. They are dust-proof and water-proof, reaching a protection level of IP54. With high flexibility, constant current and voltage, intelligent online monitoring, Yinlong one-button recharging technologies are safer in use, higher in automation level, stronger in electric current and faster in recharging (six minutes will be enough for fast recharging). Thanks to all these, Yinlong recharging facilities have effectively solved the pressing issues faced by urban public transport. Electric bus operators can not only use the same recharging facilities, share the operation data, but also settle their transactions on the same platform.
So far, Yinlong has developed over 40 types of electric vehicles in over 120 series. All of them can be seen in a number of cities across China, including Beijing, Zhuhai, Zhanjiang, Shijiazhuang, Handan, Baotou. To promote the popularity of electric buses, Yinlong has also rolled out a package of financing tools, giving bus operators more leverage power and helping them save operating costs.
In addition, Yinlong adopts an integrated intelligent management system. With the help of such state-of-art technologies as internet of things, cloud computing, big data, intelligent sensing technologies, data processing technologies, data transmitting technologies, the system can collect and send timely feedback to bus operators, helping them improve efficiency and realize safer operation.
Nowadays, Yinlong green transport development mode has been gaining rising recognition among governments and enterprises, helping China win the battle against air pollution and other environmental afflictions.
