222 Units Higer CNG Buses Delivered to Mexico

On August 21, a grand ceremony was held at the headquarter of Higer in Suzhou to mark the delivery of 222 units Higer CNG vehicles to Queretaro, Mexico General Secretary of the Queretaro Governor’s Office, Director of the Queretaro’s Institute of Transport, Customer Representatives, Higer Dealer Members in Mexico and Mr Huang Shuping, General Manager of Higer Bus attended the ceremony During the ceremony, Mr Huang handed the “Golden Key” to customer representatives
On August 21, a grand ceremony was held at the headquarter of Higer in Suzhou to mark the delivery of 222 units Higer CNG vehicles to Queretaro, Mexico. General Secretary of the Queretaro Governor’s Office, Director of the Queretaro’s Institute of Transport, Customer Representatives, Higer Dealer Members in Mexico and Mr.Huang Shuping, General Manager of Higer Bus attended the ceremony. During the ceremony, Mr.Huang handed the “Golden Key” to customer representatives.
Specifically, the 222 units vehicles consist of 200 units 6935G and 22 units 6129G. This new batch of vehicles is all Low-floor buses which adopt CNG Engine, matched Voith and QGT Manual Gearbox. Its fashionable appearance design and spacious and comfortable interior are designed specifically for Mexico. The right double door, left single door structure, and Low-floor design are convenient for passengers to get on and off, which effectively improve the traffic efficiency. General Secretary indicated, “Queretaro, as an important state in Mexico, pays high attention to public transport. A major challenge for our state is the travel convenience of residents; therefore, we make great efforts on this order. The purchase of 222 CNG buses will be put into the local public passenger transport which will reduce energy consumption, environmental pollution and greatly improve the urban public transport environment.”
Mr. Huang said, “In the previous prototype test, Higer bus has won the trust of the customers with excellent stable operation performance and considerate after-sales service. Since 2006, Higer has export over 1000 CNG buses to 20 countries all over the world. So far, nearly 300 units Higer vehicles have been exported to Mexico to improve local traffic level and get highly praised by local residents.
