HIGER Attends Annual Road Transport Industry Award Ceremony Organized by Ministry of Transport of Ivory Coast

The ceremony is an annual transport industry event organized by the Ministry of Transport of Ivory Coast to commend the organizations and individuals which have made remarkable contributions to Ivory Coast's road transport industry in the current year. Present were Amadou Kone, Minister of Transport of Ivory Coast and other senior officials of the Ministry of Transport, senior executives of key companies Ivory Coast's passenger transport industry, freight transport industry and car renting industry; as well as representatives of local media. As the only attendees from China, HIGER's three employees attracted attention from guests and impressed them.

During the ceremony, Amadou Kone, Minister of Transport and Aka, Director of the Minister Office communicated with HIGER's representatives. The communication deepened the minister's impression on HIGER, and gave HIGER's representatives a chance to learn about the recent policies of Ivory Coast's passenger transport industry and the government's bus purchase intent in 2018; at the buffet dinner following the ceremony, HIGER's representatives communicated with old customers and established direct relations with two major passenger transport companies. M, the boss of one of the two companies showed a strong interest in HIGER. Following the ceremony, HIGER's sales representatives followed the intent of the customer which finally confirmed an intent order containing five buses.

Through the ceremony, HIGER deepened its relations with the Ministry of Transport of Ivory Coast, enhanced its popularity and influence in the local passenger transport industry, developed two new customers, and further found out local passenger transport ecology and policy orientation. The ceremony is a rare opportunity for HIGER to penetrate into the Ivory Coast market.()
