Just before Chinese spring festival, a total number of 375 units Golden Dragon school buses arrived in Kuwait. After their arrival, these vehicles were immediately put into service.

According to the bus maker, it rolled out the school bus with 29 seats after a thorough investigation of the local operation conditions. By taking customer’s various needs into full consideration, it successfully won the bid from Kuwait government.

Located in Arab peninsula, Kuwait is largely covered by desert and boasts a coastline of 290 km. To work smoothly in the region, vehicles must be able to endure an temperature as high as 80℃ and withstand the constant corrosion from the air with high salinity. To well adapt to the local harsh working conditions, Golden Dragon school bus has visible made improvement in over 30 different areas, helping the vehicle better deal with the constant heat waves, sand storms, corrosive rainwater.

With a larger water tank, a better performing air-conditioning system and a fan with a dust-filtering casing, the school bus is equipped with a 150 horsepower gasoline engine with four cylinders and a replacement of 2.7L. Generating lower amount of noise, it delivers more powerful performances and achieves higher fuel efficiency.
