With contractual value exceeding 300 million CNY, it is the largest export deal of made-in-China buses sold to Serbia and even to Europe. With this amazing order of export, Higer Bus contributed to the 2nd Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation, marking the Chinese bus manufacturers represented by Higer Bus are moving fast onto the broader world stage by taking China’s Belt & Road Initiative as a platform. Mr. Zhang Hui, Assistant to the General Manager of Higer Bus Overseas Sales, signed agreement with Radisa Momčilović, the General Manager of GSP Public transport company of Belgrade. The signing ceremony was also attended by Belgrade Vice Mayor Goran Vesic and Jiang Haifeng, the General Manager of Higer Bus Overseas Sales.

Belgrade Vice Mayor Goran Vesic said April 25 is an important date for the city’s public transport development. He felt happy to fulfill the commitment to the people’s demands for public transport. As the largest purchase of city bus ever seen in Serbia’s capital city Belgrade, the buses will be found driving on the urban streets by September this year, which will provide better public-transport service for citizens.

According to Jiang Haifeng, the General Manager of Higer Bus Overseas Sales, that it is the honor for HIGER Bus, one of the largest bus manufacturers in the world, to be selected to provide service for Belgrade.
